Our neighborhood was in need of some cleaning services for our common areas that do not have water hookup. We reached out to Calvert Clean-Up and within a few hours they responded. They were able to handle our needs and had their own water supply, which was exactly what we needed. Communication was excellent from the first email we sent, they always kept us up to date and were very responsive. They had to reschedule a few times due to weather but always explained why and messaged us early in the day. They cleaned everything that was in our contract and everything looks so much nicer now that it has been properly cleaned. They even took extra care not to mess up the landscaping that had been done the week prior to our cleaning appointment. We look forward to doing work with Calvert Clean Up in the future and will recommend them to all of our homeowners and neighbors. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Calvert Clean Up power washed my house and windows. Zac was on time, explained the entire process of "cleaning", not just blowing dirt off with water, and was very courteous of all my plants and shrubs. He put all items back that I forgot to move for the clean. Everything smells clean, and now my house is clean and ready for the outdoor holiday decorations! Zach has provided several cleaning services for my house. He had pressure washed my siding, my patio, sidewalks and driveway. He is always meticulous, personable and does a great job! Zac was terrific. When he finished power washing the house I thought someone had painted it. It looked that good. He got areas I didn't know needed it because I could not see how dirty it was. I had this company clear out junk from a rental property. They met me first to go over the details which was very important to me. They scheduled a time and completed the job when they said they would. Calvert Clean up did a great job in pressure washing my newly purchased house that hadn't been touched in 10 years. There was green algae growing on the siding and windows. After he was done the house looked brand new. The price was a lot less than I expected for a 6500 square foot house.

The thing that got me to try Calvert in the first place was that they use a soft wash system. I wasn't crazy about the idea of high-pressure systems that other companies use on the house. After recent rains, my husband Scott called Zac to come out and clean our gutters. He came out very quickly and did an excellent job. He also screwed down some errant shingles while he was on the roof. My husband was so pleased at the price and job quality that he scheduled him for something else next week.
